"In 30 years of traveling I’ve never been placed in a room without a phone. The bathroom sink was clogged and I had to walk down to the desk and report the sink and the missing phone. Maintenance fixed the sink and informed me that he could not help me with the phone."

"Excellent"

"Older hotel, very nice staff, good breakfast, and very clean. Good price but the hotel isn't in the greatest condition. The hook fell off the wall after hanging my towel on it. The traffic noise was very noticeable, and the AC unit was very loud and loose from the wall."

"I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!"

"Nice hotel"

"I gave a 4 stars because of the staff, not for the hotel. The staff has been very helpful when I had issues with the room with a handicap. They also made sure that the place is clean. Breakfast is ok. The usual continental. But the room needs to be fixed and upgraded. Everything in that hotel is old."

"It was a beautiful hotel with the glass museum and had wonderful historic reminders. The room was spacious and so comfortable. Plus it's within walking distance of so much to see. Loved the stay!"

The spaciousness, the history oriented connection and great desk efficiency and access for registration for attendees. The obvious dutifulness of the consistent work of the staff event coordinators for genuine comfort affordability. Thanks for asking. I didn’t...

"Great stay! Tatiana at the Front Desk is most helpful and always with a smile! The young lady who prepared breakfast was a doll! Plenty of food and always kept area clean and tidy. Pool was fun for the kiddos!"

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...
