The best property, staff was very friendly and helpful with us , the cleaning Ladies was really kind the way they took care of our room despite being a little unorganized when we have to go do activities in the AM we always come find the room well organized.
The Riad was an amazing oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. From the moment we arrive the team working there could not have made us feel more welcome and looked after. It is a little out of the centre, but we enjoyed the walk to and from the main square, souks and attractions plus there are plenty of taxi's. The room's (we had two in our party) were both clean, pretty and very homely. The food was excellent and we have recommend it to all our friends.
Lovely Riad and we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. The location is a lttle further out from the main attractions but the riad will arrange taxis for anywhere you want to go and will accompany you if you feel you might get lost. We did walk to the main square and it isnt too far once you get your barings and it was good to explore more of the Medina that day. We also had a guide for half a day who showed us the souks and palaces within the medina and it was really interesting. YSL museum was also worth a visit. I would recommend Cafe Arabe, Nomad , El Fenn and Kabana for food (the last two if you want a glass of wine or cocktail with your meal) The only thing about the riad, which really wasn't a negative, was that there wasnt a hairdryer in the room, but ask at the reception and they will provide one. I would recommend taking your own if you have space in your luggage.
Really good experience, the staff is very helpful and kind, the area here the riad is, it’s not the best, bue the conditions, and especially the staff make worth it.
Just like the pictures! So beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food, spa, tea and shisha were all really great on site. I had no problems navigating the area (very authentic local area)... but it might be intimidating for some. If so, just ask the staff to walk you to the taxi port or arrange a tuktuk pickup.
The staff was very friendly and did their best to help answer our questions about where different sites were located. Also, kudos to the bellhop for helping to deal with some particularly demanding local youth. The (free) breakfast was decent and the dinner (not free) was also good, although a little expensive.
As others have said, the area around this hotel is terrible. It is almost impossible to find, it is far from the main sites in Marrakech, and you will be constantly accosted by local youth demanding money for “directions.” In addition, if you don’t like noise, this isn’t the hotel for you. The central courtyard becomes a bar at night and people were out there talking loudly until after midnight almost every night. Also, the hotel is next door to a mosque so expect to be woken up by the call to prayer (broadcast over loud speakers) every morning around 600.

Disliked: Amenities
Das Zimmer war minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es hatte keine Glasfenster, nur dunkle Fensterläden. Es gab nicht mal einen Fön. Diesen musste man sich jeden morgen beim Personal besorgen. Glück, wenn einer frei war. Kleiner kraftloser Reisefön. Frühstück sehr einfach.
Unsensibles aufdringliches Personal.
Never ever again!

Bad area
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes the hotel itself was pretty, the hotel staff were nice, breakfast meh. Mainly, the area is absolutely terrible. First, the taxis never knew where to take us and that included getting there initially where we roamed around for a long while... people IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD didn’t even know where it was. The phone number online did not match the phone number of the hotel so we couldn’t get ahold of them. We were told it’s a safe area in this hotels neighborhood but there were teen guys rollerblading around telling us to f ourselves snapping fingers in our faces. Young guys were congregating in groups felt extremely SKETCHY at night. Avoid it especially if you’re western and plan on walking to and from the hotel. Lastly, even during the day most of the people in the neighborhood are fine but a lot of people are trying to “help you find your way” and are very aggressive and follow you and then bully you into giving them money and if you don’t another guy will come with him and it’s like they’re going to jump you...sketchy place.
