The property is located in Marrakesh’s Medina, close to everything but quiet after a couple of turns. We traveled with two adults and two children. The room was what we expected; it can feel tight, but it was very peaceful, and the service was excellent. We had one of the best breakfasts during our trip, with various pastries, homemade Moroccan pancakes, yogurt, etc. I would go back to Riad Anabel if staying in the Medina.

Highly recommend for family

Stayed with my two young kids and they loved it, even after returning they are still going on about it. The service is personal and the Riad is very special, highly recommend it. Brekky was fun with the bees coming to visit.

Beautiful Riad away from the hustle and bustle of which is Marrakech. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and set in a tranquil setting. We had dinner there one night and the food was delicious. All in all a lovely place and would highly recommend.

Riad Anabel is conveniently located in the Medina but feels a world away. Everything about our stay was excellent. Lovely breakfast daily, ate dinner twice it was so good. Services available include hammam ( do it!), transportation to and from the airport and they even assisted in setting up an outside trip. Fouad and Habiba were very helpful and made our stay amazing.

Everything was good and smooth, they were really easy going on communication and addressed all of our needs. We even got some scents samples as gifts bc we really loved the smell from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time in Marrakech! However, Riad Anabel was a highlight of the trip. The location was excellent - so close to everything. The owner and her nephew were great. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. We would highly recommend this Riad to anyone wanting to explore Marrakech!

Simply excellent in every single way. I cannot fault Riad Anabel. The staff were accommodating and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was superb and plentiful. I'm so glad we picked this riad - the owners are fabulous and couldn't have done more for us. It is located a minute's walk from the craziness of the medina but you could hear a pin drop in the riad itself. The breakfasts were fabulous and we had dinner there one night which tasted divine. The riad is spotlessly clean; it is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful rooftop terrace too.

Riad Anabel was a perfect stay in Marrakech. The riad itself is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop and beautiful courtyard. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very authentic. Our room, Chocolat, feot very unique and had so manh nice touches. The Riad itself is located in a perfect location. It's very walkable in the Medina, close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa, close to taxis if youre traveling outside the Medina, but on a quiet street. Overall, one of the best stays I've had anywhere.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved Riad Anabel!! We can not say enough positive things about our experience with them. They made us feel so welcome and special and like the Riad was our home. They helped us with everything from several day tours, phenomenal dinners on their rooftop terrace, amazing hamman and massage, luggage storage-while we traveled, airport transfers and so much more! They were just the best!! We miss them and look forward to a return stay!!

Charming Riad with Excellent Service

The riad was one of the better ones in the area. However we immediately noticed a sewer smell at the entrance and in our bathroom. We had to maintain the door closed throughout our stay. The staff was very nice and were constantly attentive to our needs. We were greated with tea and pastries upon our arrival. Breakfast was very good. We did not stay for dinners. I think that had it not been for the unfortunate smell, we would have only positive feedback.

I am very impressed with Riad Anabel and highly recommend this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. If we needed anything or had any questions, Fouad was so helpful. We stayed in the Olive Suite. It was a gorgeous space with plenty of room for two people. We enjoyed the rooftop a few days to enjoy the sun. There is plenty of room to relax and find shade when the sun grew warm. Fouad put the misters in for us so it was quite enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was delicious! Fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade eggs in several styles, baked goods, pancakes along with a full pot of coffee and tea. It was certainly a meal to start the day with. The location of the Riad is in a perfect spot. It is close enough to two main squares that were a typical meeting spots for tours and guides. There was a convenience stand very near to purchase extra water, soda or snacks. There were several good restaurants very close as well. One night we had a meal at the Riad. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. So romantic. The dinner was delicious! Definitely plan for this during your stay! We also enjoyed the Hamman and a massage on site. These treatment's were certainly worth the money. This Riad is in the Old City, so close to the souks and main attractions of Marrakech. We were able to walk to most of the tourist sites as well as the newer area of Marrakech. It was still a quiet location. Fouad also arranged for our ride to and from the airport. Easy!

Our 3rd stay at Riad Anabel, each time a different room and each time very unique, think we’ve found our favourite room now, Hence booking again for May 2026. The property is absolutely spotless and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, with the well balanced combination of traditional Moroccan style and modern requirements. The breakfasts are amazing, lots of pastries, cereals, pancakes, fruit yoghurt and a different Moroccan egg dish every day. Only a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the main square and the fabulous mayhem that is Marrakesh. Marrakech has become a real home from home for us, as we have been coming since 2018, and no better place to call home in a foreign country than Riad Anabel.

Riad Anabel was the best hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The property is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the amenities are incredible. From tea, to breakfast to the amazing recommendations everything was sublime. We even took a cooking class at the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is in an amazing location yet feels quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. A truly perfect hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Once I come back to Marrakech I will be returning.

The staff are amazing! Everything about the Riad was top notch. I recommend booking the airport transfer theough them as the vehicle can only take you most of the way. You will have to walk the rest of the way to the Riad. They have someone come and meet you and takes your bags for you. The breakfast was huge and amazing. Very clean. Room has air conditioning. Always there to help you woth any advice you need. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Riad Annabel, the location is perfect for local bars and restaurant and a short 5 minute walk into Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina. The staff can’t be more helpful, organising trips to the dessert (where I proposed to my partner), restaurant bookings and recommendations while in their own Hammam having the full experience followed by a massage. Beautiful rooms, beautiful people and great experience. 👏

Stunning Riad. Most helpful, friendly, warm staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location on a quiet street just off the main Souq area in Old Town. Breakfast each morning was delicious!!!
