"Excellent hotel, helpful & friendly staff. Food very good - great breakfast and good variety of evening restaurants.
Walking distance to Elounda town for local restaurants and bars, and boat trips.
We would definitely recommend and go back in the future.
Maybe not ideal for those with limited mobility as large and spacious hotel on a number of levels with limited lift access."
"Sindssygt lækkert værelse med egen pool. Perfekt til vores ‘babymoon’. Hotellet er mega lækkert, og service er virkelig god. 20 min gåtur fra hotellet ligger byen Elounda, hvor jeg kan anbefale at gå ind om aftenen og spise aftensmad. Eneste minus på hotellet er nemlig maden, der er ret dyr og ret middelmådig. Vi spiste aftensmad der de to første dage, før vi begyndte at tage ned i byen. Der fik vi mere for det halve.
Men alt i alt perfekt pool-værelse."

"Excellent service from beginning to end. Excellent, very friendly and accommodating staff, great food, walk to the beach, great pools, wonderful spa on property."

"Emplacement exceptionnel et villa bien conçue avec une jolie piscine. L’accueil est charmant (comme souvent en Crète) et assez réactif pour résoudre les petits problèmes qui peuvent arriver. Un point à noter : trop peu de vaisselle (5 couteaux et fourchettes impose de faire la vaisselle tout le temps !)"
"Beautiful surroundings, friendly and professional staff, and delicious food. The local cats were a wonderful surprise and also super friendly. There were numerous activites at the resort and a convenient bus to the beach area. Beach Comber at Stallis beach was beautiful, relatively quiet, served excellent cocktails and amazing food. My only critics of Village Heights were:

"La struttura è molto bella, costituita da piccoli edifici inseriti in una vegetazione curata con moltissime palme e circondata da piscine; ha anche accesso diretto su un tratto di mare, generalmente un po' mosso, ma con mare e spiaggia puliti, attrezzati con ombrelloni e lettini e da cui si possono godere bei tramonti. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Si mangia molto bene e in particolar modo nei ristoranti a la carte. sono molto ben...
"We loved the location, right next to the sea and convenient to shops and restaurants.
The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All areas were very clean and well maintained and the lobby area was remarkable."
