"The room was missing so much, no iron, not enough towels, no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was not great and the bed frame was so cheap I felt like it would break with a simple movement. Keys kept not working and I had to go down 3 times to get them redone, pretty annoying."

When we learned our meeting would be at a later time she said we could not meet. The meeting area was empty. Why makes things difficult for clients? I travel frequently and have always been able to leave luggage or use the lobby and meeting areas after a checkout when I reason. I will not book at a Best Western again."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. I pulled back the sheets and found a lot of long black hair. The bureau draws didn’t close. There was no remote in the room. The window sill was very dusty. The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "
