"Our room had the heart shaped hot tub - very relaxing, no beach view - towels were designed on the tub - toilet paper roll had a fancy rose petal design. 1 thing I found odd - I'm an early riser and at 530am in the morning there were housekeeping bins overflowing with laundry - carts with supplies left like end of shift guys leave it and go home. Other than that the staff was friendly, the check-in lady was very thoughtful in giving us the layout of the land with handicap parking people will call the police and don't leave pets in the cars they will break windows to help regardless of signage pet is okay with water and food."

"Our stay was last minute. If you don’t mind a fixer uppers then you’re good. It’s under renovation so the elevators were a bit sketchy. Our room was beautiful but it was missing a few things that we had to call for. We wanted to shower right away but bc we didn’t bring towels, the room also didn’t have towels either. We had to call room service. They did take a while to bring the towels to the room. On another note the bed was really comfy and clean. The shower seemed like it was cleaned in a rush bc there was other peoples hairs (if you know what I meaaaan). Other than that, everything was pretty close to it. So it’s was very convenient! Would definitely stay again!"
