"Situated in a lovely area of the Sussex Downs this small country pub provided ideal accommodation for our visit to Glyndbourne. Clean, simple but well appointed accommodation, with a good breakfast provided in the morning. Long Man Best Ale in cask available at the bar, which was a treat."

"The room was clean but had a number of issues : Although there was a coffee machine , a radio , and a fan there were no bedside lights. The main light switch by the door was the only control meaning finding your way around in the dark. The notice on the wall of upcoming events was a month out of date There were nasty glass mugs rather than a proper mug or cup The snack basket for occupants to purchase was vastly over priced There were birds nesting in the roof over the room which were noisy...

"The shower and sink were blocked and took ages to drain. I had to cut short my shower or I would have flooded the bathroom! All the paintwork needed refreshing and the whole place is in need of an update. It was all very tired and worn."

"The room was clean and spacious. There were more than enough outlets available to charge my devices for the night I was there and the bathroom also had everything I needed. However, one of the receptionists was a little cold and I wish she explained that I needed to plug my card for the room to get power *before* I scaled the stairs."

"My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!"

"We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"We booked The Relais Cooden beach via Expedia particularly for its location and spa facilities. We had booked the "Cosy double room" because that was all that was left. On arrival we tried to book spa treatments but there were no available bookings during our three night stay. This was disappointing as there was no mention on the Expedia website that you needed to book in advance. Apparently, guests who booked directly with the hotel enjoyed free use of the spa whereas booking through Expedia...

"An old tired musty smelling location. Chose the property due to its location to where I was going the following day. Would stay elsewhere next time. Had several ants sharing the room with me which is not a desirable feature."

"Oh my Goodness where do I start! Jon, Nick, Laura and the lovely woman who cooked my breakfast were all so helpful and accommodating! Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable.
