"I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....
