"We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. "Very welcoming and helpful staff, beautiful location (although quite a way off the main road), buildings and restaurant. Fabulous food at dinner and breakfast, very pleasant period feel to the bedroom. Temples at Selinunte an absolute must to visit"
"This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. "
"Posto molto accogliente e rilassante. Camere e spazzi in comune arredati con gusto e cura. Cibo molto buono e vini di produzione propria. Si gira nel giardino fra fiori, ulivi e sculture. Un tuffo nella bella piscina e poi relax sulla sdraio con un libro o una bevanda. "
