"If this had been a hotel on the interstate and we just needed a place to sleep, it would have been perfect. But we were staying for multiple nights visiting family. First, watch for sneaky hidden charges like parking. The room door had to be slammed hard to close. The bathroom door did not close at all. The shower had almost no water pressure, we had to shower somewhere else. The pool was nice, the breakfast was really nice, the pillows were nice. I would not stay here again, though."

"Breakfast was disappointing. Watered down juice. Watered down sausage gravy. Dry tasteless powdered eggs. Took a chance and booked a room. “Deluxe” king suite. Air conditioner wasn’t working until my husband fiddled with it. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and held together with duct tape! Half the furniture pictured in the photos wasn’t in the room! We left a day early. Really bad."

"While this resort is a bit older, it was still clean, well kept, and rooms were very spacious! Perfect location"

"What a great surprise! Hotel was extremely nice with ample free parking onsite . The rooms were very European with all amenities and comfortable. The staff is so very helpful giving us excellent choices of where to go for dinner and they were also genuinely helpful and wanted our stay to be pleasant. We asked for an additional blanket and someone delivered it within a few minutes. Service is EXCELLENT! Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit St. Augustine."

"When the room was cleaned they left no towels and they were a little rude. I’ve stayed at a lot of hiltons and it’s always been great experience except this time "
