"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. "The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric."
