"The first room smelled really bad but the host gave me a different room which was nice. The room was clean and smelled good. The only issue I had was I called to reserve the shuttle for the airport and was told it was reserved. When my shuttle didn’t come at the requested time, I asked the host and he said no one sent the request in. When I asked about providing Lyft, I was told to purchase it and email the manager my receipt for reimbursement. I made it to the airport and didn’t miss my flight so that was a plus. Other than that, everything else was great. Staff, services, food, everything was great!"
