"On Expedia, description says it has a restaurant. It does, but it's not currently operational. You can get a beer, and the Continental breakfast, but that's it. It also lists air conditioning. I can't speak for any room other than the one I had, but it wasn't working. Air conditioning was the reason I booked it. I was told it was in heating mode, and only the manager, who wasn't around, could change it. My room also had no window I could open, only a glass door to the patio and back parking lot....

Bernard and Ignacio are excellent hosts who have done a tremendous job in repairing and restoring this beautiful Chateau. Breakfast was superb and the view of Mt St Michel is extraordinary. "Everything was perfect except the beds and pillows very budget and I am not a fussy sleeper but i genuinely had a terrible sleep I have slept on airport seats and train corridors this was the worst Its a shame as they had good night staff Who even put our bikes in safe storage in their laundry room"
