"Overall wonderful experience, multiple amenities to take advantage of especially if you forgot something while packing. Need to take note that there is NO ELEVATOR, and our apartment was on the 3rd floor, with car park under the building in the basement. Keys were grab and go so check in was extremely easy and we never saw staff."

"Palm Cove is a great location and the hotel was across a fairly quiet road from the main beach, near to a number of very good restaurants / cafes to suit all pockets. The hotel was very clean and the room a good size with good amenities. The furnishings were a little tired but this did not detract from the overall comfort of the space. Internet reception on Wi-Fi is very slow due to Palm Cove’s location. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a stay."
