The lagoon pool is the centre piece. Swim up bar always gets a bit of use. We were there at a different time of the year to our usual visit in October so did have a bit of rain on one of the days this time but still enjoyed the day. Lots of places to eat and we had a room with laundry facilities that were used

Very relaxing getaway. We come here every year for our anniversary as the village feel in Palm Cove is fantastic. The resort amenities are sensational especially the pools and rooms. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Over the years we have noticed the pool area and decking is aging though and could use some rejuvenation.

The warm welcome to my family on arrival from Molly and the team at reception set us up for a memorable and idyllic getaway at Peppers. Staff were very accommodating to our 5 year old daughter. The facilities and amenities were perfect for our stay. The room and configuration suited our family of three nicely. Air-conditioned and plenty of room with balcony. Lagoon pool was magnificent and family friendly. Highly recommend La Mesa restaurant, located at Peppers. La Mesa staff are lovely. Beautiful, sumptuous breakfast and dinner. Peppers located within the easiest stroll of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Beach views at sunset spectacular. Highly rate the experience and we will be returning.

The pool area was amazing and such a pretty view to wake up to every day. The room was clean and had all we needed including a good size balcony with a spa. The staff were all friendly and accomodating Walking distance to restaurants and cafes, beachfront and just beautiful! We will be back!

The resort in parts is very tired and needs a refresh. We were up two flights of stairs with luggage elevator. Basic things in the room were lacking. The pools however were great, but for a Peppers resort I expected better. The gym was ok, but without water, cups and the outside tennis court had just been let go completely. As for the food, the pool bar was open for one day if our stay, room service wasn’t an option, no n room snack options and food at breakfast was very ordinary.

Wonderful experience at Peppers Palm Cove 🌴. We had such a lovely time and the staff were kind and helpful. We really felt special during our stay and can't wait to come back for another visit.
