Nice stay in Mardin

It was a very pleasant stay. We were very satisfied. Big and comfortable rooms. Bed was very soft and good to sleep in. Nice spa area. Good massage. Staff was very smiling and helpful at front desk. Hotel located in a good place.We can warmly recommend to everybody.

Experience was above the average. Extra bed given for the kid could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was good. Location is not close the historical old town so you either need taxi or a car to go to the must see places in Mardin

Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)

Lovely hotel - we had a very comfortable stay. We can’t give top marks for two reasons: 1) There is no alcohol served, not even a beer. 2) The gym and outdoor pool were excellent (we can’t comment on the indoor pool and spa as we didn’t use them). However, the opening hours seem to suit the staff, not their customers - they opened at 10am. Adults were asked to get out of the pool for swimming lengths at 8.30am! When on holiday in a very hot climate, you want to exercise early!

The hotel is lovely. Set in a great surrounding with mountains. It’s very clean and modern. The housekeeping is excellent. The staff are all very friendly. The staff around the pool and restaurant were great and even though they didn’t speak much English they were all very friendly and did what they could to communicate. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch.

When I checked in expecting to be given a deluxe corner suite instead been given double room at the corner! I booked 2rooms the other was twin sharing floor 2 next to us as requested but my room was not Suite. I was very upset that's they wanted to cheat on me they think.Iam so stupid doesn't know the difference between the two after a lot of waiting and telling them will call expedia and as a Gold member they changed to room no 1006 that's was suite but by then all my mood has changed anyway the second day we went out when we returned there was too much water in the bathroom and end up in bedroom the carpet was completely soaked we immediately report someone came in and brought a lot to towels to put on carpet in my bedroom after mopping the bathroom I was expecting someone to offer a fresh room as the hotel in the low seasons. It was literally empty.The second day someone came to clean but the carpet was wet and the room was stinking I requested extra towels to be put on the carpet and they come to open the window after I requested that they say no the carpets has to be left open so it can dry up ! After that they offered another room one floor above which was room 1108 that's the best room the toilet floor was warm which was not on the previous one ! That's was the third day and I felt more relaxed for the very first time definitely the room was better in everything! The reasons given to me expedia marketed their room wrongly ! Well I don't know who is right or wrong
