"If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best"

"The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...

Otel rezervasyonunun hemen ardindan sizinle whatsapp’tan iletisime gecip otel’e nasil giris yapabileceginizi anlatiyorlar.

"Overall, it was an okay stay in a small, traditional konak and offered reasonable value for money. The location and atmosphere were pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite old and would benefit from being replaced. The room also needs better air ventilation, as it felt a little stuffy at times. With a few small updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay for future travellers."

"Es aller sehr sauber."

"The hotel staff, housekeeping, and customer service were all excellent. Everything was very well organised, and the restaurant was great too. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I would recommend this place, clean friendly service"

"Fiyat performans Ozellikle çalışanlar çok samimi Memnun kaldık"

"I unfortunately cannot write a positive review due to the room we stayed in ("Sana"), which resulted in a very uncomfortable experience. While the staff working there were kind and polite, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was extremely humid, and the toilet and shower area were definitely not clean. Neither the TV nor the Wi-Fi worked during our stay, and the door was broken—it wouldn't stay closed unless locked. Additionally, when we arrived at night, it was cold, but we were only...

"Eşimle beraber geldik, ilgi alakaları çok güzeldi. İstediğimiz ambiyansta ve rahatlıktaydı . Herşeyi ince ince düşünmüşlerdi. Sessiz sakin ve huzurlu güvenli bir yerdi. Biz çok memnun kaldık,tekrar gitme fırsatı buluruz umarım."
