Beautiful building..terrace with spectacular view..seemed to be a shortage of staff...no one refilling breakfast.. no one on reception.

Disappointing

The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again.

While the building itself is pretty and the staff do their best, my stay here did not meet my expectations. My guide and I were here for two nights and at no time during my stay was there running water in my shower and the water pressure in the sink faucet was weak. The floor has grit on it in the bathroom. Further, basic amenities like a glass or cup in the bathroom, a towel rack or a hair dryer were non-existent. The doors are not well-fitted meaning any noise from the corridor or hallway is loud and clear as if it were in the room. We reported there was no shower water and that the light over the mirror in the bathroom was not working and nothing was done to fix them. We requested more water be put in my room but that didn’t happen. I’ve never given a hotel a bad review before but this was disappointing. It would have been appropriate to be given so compensation or a refund for even one night, given that I couldn’t wash properly for my entire stay.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi çok temizdi diyemem çünkü eski konaklamadan kalan market ürünleri çekmece de duruyordu. Kahvaltı ve çeşitlerde güzeldi ama biraz daha yöresel ürünler tercih edilebilirdi kahvaltıda ya da çeşitlilik güne göre değişebilirdi.

Gittiğinizde yüzsüz bir personel sizi karşılar. parasını ödersin sonra derki sizin yeriniz burası değil diğer taraftaki b oteline yönlendirir. odada temizlik iyi değil, duş alacaksın şampuan bitmiş. neyse dersin daha sonra kahvaltıya inersin sabah saat 8:30 da bir bakarsın her şey tur için gelenler tarafından bitirilmiş çay soğuk patates taş gibi soğuk benmarilerde ısıtılma icat olmamış. personele bardak bitmiş bardak getirir misin dersin yüzüne küfür etmişsin gibi bakar. hadi buna da neyse dersin sonra otopark diye sokak arasına çıkarsın aracının önünde 3 araç vardır. çıkış için otoparkçı ararsın yok ortada. kendi imkanlarınlar araç sahiplerini bulursun 1 saat bekler kurtulursun o otelden.

1泊目、部屋のテレビが壊れていて1チャンネルしか映らなかった。タオルがバスタオルしかない.ゴミ箱もない。２泊目、シーツが汚れていて、取り替えをお願いしたらその下のベッドマットに多くの髪の毛があった。その上、変えられないので手伝わされた。翌朝、目が腫れていたので見てほしいとお願いしても、見向きもしなかった。全く素人の営業ぶりだった。

Bizi kendi binalarında değil B blok diyerek birkaç bina yan taraftaki bir yerde oda verdiler. Odada açılabilecek bir cam yoktu, korkunç derecede rutubet kokuyordu. Klima olmasa kalamazdık. 1 gece kaldık. Odada çoğu yerde örümcek ağı vardı. Ayrıca otopark adını verdikleri yer orada tüm mahallenin kullandığı bir istif merkezi. Arabamızı oraya çektirdiler. Sabah erken çıkacağımızı söyledik. Sabah arabamızın önüne başka bir araç park etmişti tam 1,5 saat araç sahibini bulmaya çalıştık. Emniyet sayesinde bulabildik. Bir daha gitmem

Otel temiz, taş evi ambiyansıyla çok güzel bir yerleşke genel itibari beğendik fakat tek kötü yani gece yarısı sular kesildi ve sabaha kadar da gelmedi. Bu yüzden puan biraz kırdım fakat genel itibari ile memnun kaldık.

Bu puana nasıl ulaştıklarını anlayamadığım bir otel. Çalışanlar çok kibar olsa da sorun giderme konusunda yardımcı olduklarını söyleyemem. İş bitirici kimse yok. Tuvalette sifon çalışmıyordu, saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu, duş alırken su zaten Mardin de tüm otellerde olduğu gibi geç ısınıyor ama bir anda soğuk su akmaya başlıyordu. Odada telefonda yok ve koca otelde gece gece devamlı resepsiyona gitme şansımız yok tabiki. Üstüne birde gece bir anda elektrik gitti. Sabah çıkış yaparken sorduk meğer otelde gitmemiş odamızda şartel atmış. Sonuçta burası büyük bi işletme böyle şeyler nasıl yaşanabilir? Çok pahalı bir otel değil tabi ama sonuçta bazı temel kriterleri karşılamak gerekir. Ben ufak tefek şeyleri göz ardı edebilirim. İşletmede personellerden alabileceğim destekleri bilirim ancak burada böyle bir şey yok. Maalesef kötü bir deneyim. Yinede kibarlıkları için teşekkür ederim.
