"Pretty room. Kitchen was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Mosquitoes were fierce! It would have been nice to have shampoo and soap for the shower. Walkable to nice beach and restaurants. Would stay again."

"Bananas on the beach was such a treat to stay at last week. Their whole front desk and staff were very sweet and were able to answer all questions. Upon arrival they took our bags to the room. The room itself was very clean and neat. The water pressure shower was amazing and the AC worked very well. The tv in the room is a smart tv and you are able to stream using your own logins which was a classy touch !! They offer laundry services for $10 a load USD , this was very helpful. "Located right in the town.. Close proximity to many restaurants and party spots. Cheffy is the host and he is very helpful. He recommended spots for me to visit and was very attentive whenever he was needed. You can also drive to Secret Beach from here and its about 40mins by golf cart but I recommend the drive because its very scenic and you get to see the island.. I'd definitely recommend here for the price and the location and knowing you can get assistance from Cheffy."

"Staff at Mata Rocks is exceptional, from the manager Ernesto to the bartenders and wait staff to the housekeeping staff. They helped with everything - cart rental, snorkel tours, restaurant recommendations... Room was very comfortable (except it needs reading lights for the beds.) Pool was fun and spotless, and the beach area was immaculate. Bonus points for having pickleball courts!"

"Our room was clean, but some of the common areas were a little "dusty" - probably typical for San Pedro as most streets are not paved and foot traffic drags in some dirt. Large kitchen & dining areas available - perfect for large group to gather. Swimming pool was a nice addition, however some of the lounge chairs needed repair - missing umbrellas on the pool side tables. Staff was friendly and shuttle to the airport was much appreciated. The Spa & Massage facilities available by appointment...

"Aruna Resort & Villas is a beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting San Pedro. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating and cater to your every wish from the front office of Rose and Suzy, to the wait staff and boat captains. We never waited more than 10 minutes for the boat to come and pick us up to take us to San Pedro or back to the resort. The resort is beautifully landscaped. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the views are wonderful. Truly a vacation to remember. "
