"No sound proof walls whatsoever in the rooms. I can hear guests outside the hallway and next door. "

"Good clean rooms . Breakfast Buffet was disappointing on both mornings we stayed .Food was not hot , scrambled eggs had run totally out , meat ( sausage and bacon ) cold . No fruit of any kind . Coffee was luke warm ."

"Room did not have working faucet in the kitchen. Mentioned couple of times to front desk. Was not fixed until we left. Bathroom sink had a drain issues. Also brought to front desk attention, was not fixed until we left. "

"Marble Canyon Lodge is fantastic – the only drawback is the front desk is only open 7 AM – 8 PM so if you have a problem early in the morning or in the evening, there is no one to help. Also the day we were there the restaurant was closed so we had to drive a pretty long distance to get dinner. The area around it is beyond stunning, a very worthwhile trip."

"The staff was nice, but when asked questions about amenities, they weren't very helpful. Why does the website say the pool opens on March 15th but did not open and when we asked when we were given no answers."
