"Hit or miss rooms and building. Some smell like sewer and other when you complain then they give a better room. Hotel staff rude mostly and lazy. Too bad otherwise good location and a few good employees. "

"Our stay was phenomenal! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and willing to accommodate all our needs. When we checked in, there was a problem with the room that we were assigned. We went back to the desk and we were directed to the manager, Tyler. He not only resolved the issue and gave us an upgraded room, but he made our stay exceptional. We had two buffet meals there and the food was excellent. The ambience of the hotel just leaves a feeling of joy."

"Nice room but my goodness it’s noisy. There is an open air nightclub which runs until after 2am on the weekends. Front desk and concierge great although the hotel was quiet but still couldn’t offer a late checkout. Breakfast and bit of a shambles. They are also very confused about what is the Nobu and what is the neighbouring Punto Romano hotel. "

"Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable."
