The staff were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We had breakfast which was very nice with plenty of choice. The aparthotel is in a quiet spot on the sea front, but only a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants on the promenade and to the beautiful Old Town. We would definitely stay there again.

WE love this hotel and will not stay anywhere else. It is on the beach, close to restaurants, the old town, and shopping. The staff is great.

This hotel is a gem on the seafront in Marbella town. The location cannot be beaten with a 5 minute walk to the old town with its bars and restaurants. The rooms have a kitchenette with all you need for a short stay. Highly recommended

Un peu agaçant, cet hôtel facture un supplément pour le coffret de sûreté qui, dans un 4 **** devrait aller de soi. Et on demande un dépôt pour les serviettes de la piscine, tracasserie administrative inutile. Mais le personnel est toujours très courtois.

Really enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Princesa Playa It's location on the seafront was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The room has everything you needed, kitchenette, power shower even a TV with English terrestrial channels. Just a short walk from seafront restaurants,shops, supermarkets (not Supermarket City Center, who has no prices marked). Of special note is the old town, less than 10 minutes walk, with a beautiful town square and inexpensive restaurants. We visited Málaga and Ronda by local bus and had fantastic days out. Would fully recommend our stay.

Great value walking distance to old town and is beachfront. Nice rooftop pool. Staff is excellent. Taxi and UBER available for short trip to Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. Also a nearby catamaran to Puerto Banus.

I am responding instead of my husband It has a false star rating this should be a two. Bed was horrible the property is very run down Staff were kind and welcoming Were promised a sea view and didn’t get one Would not recommend this location

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé et notre balcon donnait sur la mer. Les équipements de la cuisine sont de base, mais très efficaces et appréciés. Le personnel est convivial. L'aspect moins intéressant, c'est la qualité des matelas qui sont très inconfortables. Nous avons dû demander un surmatelas coussiné pour arriver à dormir confortablement. Aussi le réseau internet offre des données limitées et doit être reconnecter régulièrement.

I always enjoy my stay here. The location is great, very central but quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it good for a long-term stay. It’s also convenient when you need to work.

We'll definitely go again
An apart hotel with a grand entrance, lovely rooftop terrace, small swimming pool and all the amenities you'd need. Clean, well laid out, fully equipped studio apartment with a small but functional private balcony. Nice location on the sea front with public underground parking next door at €23 for 24 hours. Loved the shower

Hotellet ligger sentralt på strandpromenaden nær restauranter, butikker og bussholdeplasser. Frokost kan man velge å kjøpe på restauranten på toppen eller lage selv på minikjøkkenet på rommet. Hyggelig personale.

Staff were very helpful and even tolerated my poor attempts at Spanish. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was excellent - and as advertised. In short, were we to return to Marbella in similar circumstances, I'd re-book without a moment's hesitation. One minor quibble; why charge for use of a room-safe? This is a common practice but one that annoys me. Yes, it is "only a few euros" but that argument cuts both ways. Is the income worth the irritation to , in my case, a tired and grumpy old man, who can't secure vital stuff without going down to reception and paying something extra. Please just factor it into the cost! Overall - excellent. Many thanks
