"Stayed here for 3 nights, staff were very helpful and friendly, food at the restaurant was great and the overall stay was perfect! Amazing location and some of the best views in Salento. Would recommend for anyone visiting."

"From the beginning at the front desk we were charged for taxes even though we are American citizens and Colombians as well. But because we said we entry the country by biometric standards ( which does not require the stamp at the passport ) we were charged illegally. We are going to petition de return of our tax money. We we are in Bogotá and we were exempted from taxes. Officers in immigration told us that is illegal . We are never going back to that hotel."
