Feels like an Old Hospital environment.
So eerie feeling at the counter. only TWO rooms were occupied out of all.

Too few guests during our stay
Too few guests yet the corridor light was off at our room. We had to walk in the dark. The more obvious minus point is the main entrance is facing the back. There was almost no lighting effect at night.

Kapas Island lodging savior!
I visited Kapas Island and wanted to find good hotels for a night sleep. But after reading reviews that cleanliness and electricity is an issue in accommodations in the island, we did a day trip at ended up in this nearby jetty hotel. For me it was a good decision as the hotel was decent and served good breakfast. The only issue we had is the hotel not having a working hairdryer for its guests. There was no effort from the staffs to get a hairdryer for us.

no tv chanel. the staff counter said no budget to repair. no network coverage. dificult to get fon n internet line.

The TV was not in got order. It was acknowledged by the reception staff. The room was a bit smelly.

Best stop over hotel in Marang
The direction to the hotel very easy especially using apps on your smartphone. The premise sit atop hill so it offer some sort of panoramic south china sea view. the check in procedure was very smooth even though i arrive a bit early at 2pm i was allowed to check in. i booked a family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, just enough for my family. surprisingly, the room is very clean, the carpeted floor is very nice for your feet too...personally I think and the hotel management put up a good effort to make sure hotel patrons had a good stay. the pool just a walking distance nearby the room and my kids really enjoy it. the downside only during my stay there is no cable TV/Astro due to technical problem. Using rebate coupon offered by Expedia Malaysia and Maybank, I think I got very good deal for my 1 night stay.

good experience but service was poor especially the customer service not friendly with guess.Breakfast so simple not worth it from price.Pool too far from hotel & dont have any facilities

The Hotel is good. The reception and the housekeeping is pleasure. But the environment of Hotel Seri Malaysia Marang is a bit scary because the surrounding is jungle and far from sea.

Basic
Hotel very basic. Humidity in the bedroom. ok for one night, but at this price, what can you expect? The pool was really good and the situation, close to the seafront.

A short stay. We had difficulty to locate seri malaysia hotel of marang using gps as it pointing us to the wrong location. Please check your location status in relation to gps.

bien trop cher pour le prix !!!
les chambres sont vielles, sales (moquette dégoutante, dessus de lits sales, vitres non lavées, draps tachés...) et nous avons du changer de chambre car la fenêtre était dégondée / cassée !!! piscine de l'autre coté de la rue d'accès à l'hôtel donc pas pratique (ni très privé car visible depuis la route...), donc nous n'avons pas pu y aller. De plus, à cause du ramadan, le restaurant était fermé donc ni diner ni petit-déjeuner (nuit avec petit-déjeuner inclus...) sans aucune indication préalable !!! Je n'aurais pas choisi cet hôtel avec 2 bébés si j'avais su !!!
