"Hi Team Shangri-La, We had a fantastic day and a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Concierge greeted us straight from our Uber and assisted with our bags, and check-in was handled brilliantly. We were able to check in early, and our luggage was already in the room before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 2612, and the harbour views were absolutely lovely. We also spoke with in-room dining. There was a small hiccup with one snack, however the bill was quickly adjusted to reflect this. Everything else we ordered was quite good, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a credit to your team. Please pass on our thanks. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."
