my apartment for a week

I stayed here before but through siglo paying twice as much and what a difference.! with such a small space you do need organization and be able to clean after yourself as they do not do any housekeeping and I stayed a week.

숙소내부가 케바케일순있으나 이번에 묵었던 방의 위생상태는 최악이었습니다 에어컨 배관쪽 구멍으론 외부 공기아 유입되었고 낡아 나사가빠진침대위에서 언제무너질지 모르는 불안감에 지냈네요 얼른 조치되길 바랍니다 나머지 외부는 만족스럽습니다

部屋は友人の部屋にとか並みの清潔感です。テーブルとかベタベタ感があり気持ち悪かったです。 英語ができない方は泊まらない方がいいです。チェックイン、アウトはとっても面倒です。

So noicy from water pipes

Noice from pumpstation in building was emojins every min we hear like a sirene in distance. I call security and they show on otherside from the room a big pipes there and noicy. They cant to anything. If ur only little sensetive dont book this condo its on 41 floor. Plus was a nice tv and clean condo. But the noice took away all happyness

Lack of maintenance

If you arrive after 10 pm you cannot expect to be checked in, since this is not an ordinary hotel. Our room was very different from the pictures, with worn out pillows, damaged water sink, finger prints in kitchen and dirty walls and floors. The kitchen only has cups and plates, and no forks, spoons or knives. We got a new room the second night, which was slightly better. Swimming pool was quite cold, since it's in constant shadow from the tall buildings around.

Horrible stay

Staying at zenrooms was nightmare. Room was dirty. Lights are broken. Toilet was nasty. There was no cups to use. Water boiler was broken. Bed wasn't comfortable. It was just so disappointed. It was terrible stay. I dedcided to change my hotel on my last night because i couldn't stay on that room anymore. So i spoke to the manager mayber they can return my last night money, but they refused. They said they will give me discount the next time i will visit. It's just funny after their service, their still thinking that i will book again. Overall room was nasty. Not worth it.

Let me start off by saying that Celine was amazing! She responded to my requests promptly and was very kind. The front door attendants were nice too. I guess I’m just used to staying at hotels that have 24/7 concierge and front desk check-ins. My room lacked toiletries and didn’t have a hairdryer or towels. Celine was able to provide me with towels after I requested for them. The bathroom tiles could use a bit more of a scrub but that’s just me being meticulous. I soooo wish the pool was open 24/7. I like the location because it’s in walking proximity to almost everything. Convenience store, grocery, mall, public transportation, and restaurant. My room also had a spectacular view. All in all my stay was pleasant. I felt safe and I had the bare basics.

Nice room and location

Rooms are nice. Location only short walk feom red-light district. Good working space and gym. Only negative is the pool because Sun shines there only for one to two hours since it's in the 4th floor and surrounded by other skyscrapers.

Great location to walk to Mall and restaurants or the Medical center The only thing in the room, there were mosquitos and one fly. Noise from construction building but I’m a hard sleeper so didn’t bother me

Horrid Experience!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Exposed electrical live wiring. Fridge inoperable with rotten smell. Housekeeping came once on 9 day stay. 2/6 working lights. Dirty/stained upholstery and linens. No response to my complaints and slow service.

Very disappointed with apartment; balcony not to my expectation to small. Allso paid far to much for apartment on line; found out it was a lot cheaper to pay at desk on arrival.

Nice hotel - very central

Everything about these residences is fabulous. Friendly staff, clean rooms , nice view from our room on 41st floor - will always stay here when visiting Manila

Not so happy

Bed on this unit is screeching bad everytime you move. It will surely wake up your partner. Got some roaches and flies. Reported to JR who took care of it but insects came back after a few days. Water from the shower leaks outside of the door.
