Spacious room and complete in room amenities
This is the 3rd hotel around Pasay area that we have booked, primarily due to nearness around MOA where my wife would be joining a marathon. Check in was OK and no hassle, lobby is at the same location as their dining area. The room was spacious and the amenities are complete, we did not even have to call front desk just to ask, compared with others that you have to always ask if they will provide those. Their comfort room have separate area for toilet and shower which is cool, first time to see that. Their room is great for a standard type. Pool is one of the reasons i consider when selecting hotels, their was OK and have a kiddie area where my daughter enjoys. Only need to improve is to have some attendant there to check customer's need and also safety. We have not tried breakfast buffet so i don't have comment on that, we opt to go out to McDonalds because that was my daughter wants. Parking is convenient by the way. Overall, it was a good stay and a great value for the price to pay.

Nice hotel for large group
Overall, the hotel was nice - big room, huge beds and wide bathroom; however, the a/c is too old and noisy. The basin has lost its filter and was replaced by a wire mesh. The 2nd floor bathroom knob is already worn out. The bidet at the first floor was also broken.

Nice hotel close to the airport.
Very good. Food is good.Front desk person even made sure we have a sandwich, coffee before our very early flight, our ride to the airport was on time.

Cheap hotel, bad surroundings
AC way too loud, surrounding areas poor and I was told not to go outside since it could be dangerous. Breakfast was just Ok.

Among motels & noisy environment.
This place is being surrounded by motels - rooms for short time stays. Not much info in the web. Too noisy outside. My kids were shocked though they enjoyed the pool though.

Good enough, right on the money. One thing I like most, it is a short walk to Baclaran Church which I have been longing to visit. Helpful and polite crew, good breakfast ,spacious clean room and close to airport..

Great service, standard room
Solid 4 star rating: Most hotels in Manila are like a 2.5 - 3 star but this one would have to be a 3.5 star to me thanks to the higher quality rooms but the staff and pool are closer to a 4.5, so all together a solid 4. Not a 5 star hotel because of the very minor details of the room. Pros: Easy check-in Nicest hotel I've stayed in while in the Philippines Large pool with a kiddie pool Concierge service was a very nice and unexpected surprise Friendly and quick service Very good A/C Water boiling pitcher in room with coffee mix Decent price Free Mall shuttle Cheap massages Also cheap mani/pedi but only if the manicurist is there on that day Cons: Sheets were clean but few stains Very slight smell, maybe from the rain from the typhoon or because there's no air fresheners (I'm not sure) Mini-Fridge isn't so cold but gets the job done Road leading to hotel is narrow and looks sketchy SUGGESTION: My flight landed at 10am but check-in was at 2pm. Contact them and they will more than likely work with you to get you a room early but contact them ahead of time! This worked for me and I'm so happy/greatful! Obviously based on room availability I wish I took pictures because the room was very nice in Manila standards but standard in USA standards .

This time around it wasn't up to par. The was a graduation night and it was quite noises. And the room wasn't as great as it had been in the past. The air on wasn't that great and minor details no longer in the room.

Nice hotel front staff excellent a guy by the name of Jr working in the reception was very good and helpful new his job very good customer service. Nothing was a problem got a late check out was helpful with any questions I had.

Best place in Manila
I love this place and I’ve stayed here multiple times. The airport shuttle is inexpensive and reliable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is authentically Filipino and delicious. They even accommodated a midnight check-in for us. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Customer service staff is honest and helpful. Security staff is always friendly and smiling. Hosekeeping staff and restraunt staff is always top notch. Location is in the heart of Baclaran and close to everything, making it the perfect introduction to Manila.

The staff was very friendly and handled our requests quickly and professionally. The shuttle to airport was ready when we requested. The breakfast was good with more choices than many other hotels I stayed at and had Filipino and American food. The room was very spacious, but no good view. The look was a little out dated, but room and hallways were clean. The only real problem that we hated was the bugs in the bathroom. Small roaches, but they just stayed in bathroom. Probably killed 8 during the 2 night stay.

場所はバクララン協会へ徒歩圏内。周辺にはコンビニ、レストラン、衣料品や雑貨等の問屋街で何でも揃います。 ホテルは古いですが、エントランスロビーは広々しており、レストランが併設されています。 部屋は比較的広く、ダブルベッドが２台と、テーブルセット、荷物を広げれるカウンターがあります。 洗面とシャワーはしっかりとお湯が出て、水圧も申し分有りません。 朝食はブッフェスタイルで、味は期待出来ませんが、卵料理は個別に注文出来ます。 殆どの方はスクランブルエッグを頼まれていましたが、私は両面焼きの目玉焼きにして頂きました。 屋外にプールが有りましたが、水質はあまり期待出来ません。

Good food, great service. Close to other dining or take restaurants, Great location to Mall of Asia and the hotel free shuttle makes shopping easier.

Roach Infested Hotel in an UNSAFE part of Pasay
This is NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL. It really should not receive a star rating. The staff was friendly and really tried to be accommodating, but they don't have a lot to work with - it's hard to make guests feel relax and contented when the hotel facilities and level of cleanliness is so low. We were there for 10 days and we only stayed b/c I had prepaid and it was nonrefundable if I cancelled. When we checked it and saw the roaches crawling around on the table we asked the staff to do something about it but nothing was done. My companion even asked for a room change, but it was denied. There were no towels in the bathroom and when we called down and asked for towels, we were told we had to pay 50 pesos per towel. We asked for complimentary water and they said we had to pay for it because we must have drank the bottles that were left there. Just rude! There were roaches EVERYWHERE - even in our beds. When my son woke up with a cockroach crawling on his pillow I INSISTED that they change our room. Their Expedia description noted that the rooms were "Newly Renovated" but I didn't see ANY signs of that. Everything looked old and run-down. They only changed our room after they read my negative review about my check-in experience. The breakfast was terrible. They had the SAME thing just about everyday - and if it was good it wouldn't be a problem but it wasn't. My companion is was a Filipina and even she complained about the breakfast and the service as well.

The first few nights we stayed was perfectly fine but we booked an extra night when we went back to Manila coming back from Palawan and it was not the same we got a really bad room and it just wasn’t clean. The staff were friendly enough and very welcoming though

Étape d'une nuit dans cet hôtel avant de reprendre l'avion. Nous l'avons choisi pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Chambre sans fenêtre, OK pour une nuit de passage mais pas plus ! Petit déjeuner pas testé car nous sommes partis tôt. Personnel agréable.

Always have a great time at the Mabuhay Manor. Needs renovation. However, employees makes you wanna go back all the time. From security, front desk, lobby waiters, too housekeeping . Always greeting you as you enter n checkout. I

Mabuhay Manor bent over backwards not only becoz i am a return guests but extended me that courtesy. I had arrived early before check in n was willing to wait tll 2pm. ten mins later i was able to go to the room n freshen up n get some needed rest after 17 hours of flying. From the security , bell, waiters in the lobby to their breakfast crew, greetings everywhere makes you feel at home.Personally while there, I found out after rechecking my booking to depart Maninla, that I had made a mistake on the dates of my departure. My cell had no load and was able to use hotel front desk phone to change my date from 28th of May to 28th of April. needed extra towels it was provided, asked for directions to local banks security explained well since my card did not work at one bank. If you want a hotel with politeness, courtesy n smiles Mabuhay Manor is a place to stay. renovation needed but the employees make up for the hotels well needed makeup way over due. I'd return most certainly. Cold n clean rooms, Quality of service is very good, amenities are provided if not sure ask. Location great for all needs. Price was great using your site,

Friendly Ambience
Impressed with breakfast buffet. There's a variety of Filipino dishes to choose from. Love their array of Filipino desserts or kakanin beautifully set up in a nipa hut counter. The best selling point of Mabuhay Manor is how friendly & courteous the staff. I would highly recommend this to my friends here in Canada

Spacious room but no bathtub
Spacious room but the CR is uncomfortable. It is very skimpy and unpractical. Breakfast is costly. The lobby is not that impressive. They should improve the facilities and add more like playground, gym and bathtub in every rooms. Thanks for the complimentary fruits and cake though. Thanks to Peter. He got a tip from me for being nice and accomodating.

Impressed with first stay, we will return
We have stayed at several hotels in pasay area and enjoyed our stay at Mabuhay Manor. Nice large room, quiet aircond (hard to come by in this price range), nice bathroom; only negative was the toilet was running a little. Hotel has nice pool and breakfast was also nice. Wi-Fi worked well. We will be back.

Room was clean.a/c was very strong i had to lower it which was a good thing. location is close to baclaran (great place to buy souvenirs and cheap items) and mall of asia isclose by but dont plan on walking - too far and way too hot especially if ur in manila around April. Staff was friendly from front to security. Buffet was good portions as well but mostly filipino dishes. Can hear people outside, especially in morning, staff would walk and talk loud..or guest. Overall its a good hotel to stay at for one night - better than kabayan hotel where their rooms has this mouldy smell.

It's okay.
The hard floor squeaks and the bed is hard. You can hear the clock ticking. At about 4am, I could hear people walking around on the upper floor. I don't know if it was a worker because I found out later our room was next to the maintenance or janitor's closet. It's close to the airport and buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff were all super nice.

Conveniently located
Only a 5-minute ride in a jeepney to the Mall of Asia, the Mabuhay Manor is also few minutes on foot from pancake, roast chicken diners as well as a Family Mart, being amid the wholesale district of Manila. Also it is only 10 minutes or less by taxi to the airport. And the breakfast is sufficient.
