Fantastic hotel! Amazing room and great view of Manila Bay! Pool area is clean and spacious! The massage treatments are incredible which made the long journey home a lot easier! Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the Philippines!

Shower head broken and if you look seriously enough the hotel is not very well built. Itā€™s very windy in the area because itā€™s near the ocean but the staff keeps the door locked so itā€™s not very professional and itā€™s very inconvenient for us because we have to go to a dingy alley way to go outside. The staff arenā€™t very friendly, they donā€™t smile or greet you. The good thing was the bed and comforter.

I had some issues in the beginning because it is a new hotel but they were quickly resolved and the staff was great in meeting my expectations. They have a great view of the sunset and Bay Area. There are many great restaurants and mini markets to meet your daily needs. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying long or short term.

Listing in expedia said 6 min drive from MOA but it was more like a 15 min drive and area is a little secluded. All 3 bedrooms in the suite were clean but one bedroom did not smell good. Both data and wifi connection were weak making internet access almost impossible.

Scariest Hotel I've Ever Tried to Stay In

Scariest place I have ever tried to stay in. Completely soul-less facility, brand new from China. Just don't do it. I bit the bullet and checkout our immediately for a friendlier and warmer location.

The hotel was so new taxi drivers didnā€™t know where it was! Staff is wonderful but the room/amenities left a bit to be desired. It would have been great to have a fridge, microwave and ice bucket. Kind of common these days. Nice view and super soft towels!!! Not sure how all the flies get into the high floors. Iā€™m pretty clean, but many flies kept buzzing around. Iā€™d recommend, but know itā€™s very isolated.

What an ordeal for our last day checkout! -1- I checked in earlier and was notified a fee 2500 pesos. (Advertised online for 200 pesos) I couldnā€™t charge it on my card because their systems were down. I couldnā€™t pay in $US money either. I had to collect PHP currency and pay cashā€¦ no receipt was given to me. -2- reserved a shuttle to the airport for 5:30am. We arrived at the front desk and was informed no shuttle that morning due transportation problems. (Iā€™m guessing itā€™s too early in the morning). Lady at front reception scheduled us to be picked up by Grab. Two vehicles needed due to our luggage. She said the hotel would pay for it as per their airport shuttle service weā€™re down. When the Grab drivers arrived they were paid. But both drivers mentioned about the extra fees for the terminal Skyway. Everyone looking at us to pay it, stood outside for 10 minutes on whom should cover thisā€¦ finally hotel will cover the fee (they should). -3- our suite did not have a fridge, first time I ever encounter this. We could keep our food and water chilled. So inconvenient. Overall, our stay was terrible. You get what you pay for.

Extremely unhappy customer.

Breakfast is super awful, basically has no breakfast, the lights in the room started acting while I was in the room so I called but they couldnā€™t fix it and they couldnā€™t change my room either so they decided to downgrade me, they ran out of teabags the second day, the property is in a gated community and you have to show ID to go in and out, which is very inconvenient for a hotel guest. Even TV was not working on the second room they switched me to and it took them three hours to fix it. Iā€™m very unhappy.

We had a lot of mishaps during our stay here. The property looks newish but a lot of problems already that is not addressed. There were cochroaches! I killed 5 (in 2 days!) and when i told Hskpeeing, they brought an insecticide spray and sprayed while we were inside! We had to step out to get the fumes off! The housekeeper also did not clean and make our room on Day 1 and when I asked why, she said we did not tell them. There was no ā€˜clean my room signā€™ until we asked for it! On our 2nd to last day, our room door wonā€™t open (maintenance spent long to try to fix it) but after 45 mins we insisted they give us another room- what a hassle to move our stuff when we had plans during the day! They also Missed us twice on the set breakfast but we got it when we showed up on the restaurant anyway. No buffets when there are less than 10 guests we were told. When we needed to be picked up from airport, nobody was answering the phone. I got the Whatsapp message from the driver when we have arrived at the site after arranging own transpo. The drywall is showing some damage near bathroom flr maybe due to moisture. The hot water is hit or miss. The internet is spotty (even with own data). You cannot walk to the hotel. The area is gated and only cabs or Grab can get to it (or private car). The staff were nice and accommodating though but I still wonā€™t recomemend.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful but the problem with my stay was that there was no acceptance of international bank cards, and most of the restaurants at the hotel were closed plus there was no ATM machine to get local currency which made it inconvenient to have to take a Grab ride to a nearby shopping mall just to withdraw cash from an ATM machine. Ordering food to be delivered was the only option and most of the time when the food arrived. It was cold. Overall, the hotel was clean and the swimming pool was wonderful as was the gym, but because of the lack of access to local currency via an ATM machine or for paying things by bank card, it made the stay more inconvenient than it should have been.
