"Excellent service"

"The hotel is nice, clean, good breakfast. But at the same time our room was quiet smelly and the water in the shower was warm, not hot"

"Flush in the small toilet in not working. AC is not cold."

"We spent three wonderful days at The Édition Abu Dhabi, and it was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from Irish’s, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. "シャワーを浴びる時に水がシャワー室から少し水が出るのが気になったかなぁ。でも敷物やタオル交換が行き届いてたの何とかなりました。他にはバスタブのお湯が出ないかもしれない。でも私がお湯を出すにはどうすればいいか分かってない可能性もあります。"

"The staff has maid this hotel not worth of more than 2 stars. The reception does not answer. No housekeeping for more than 3 days and when the housekeeping is done, there is no towels everyday until we call and wait for more than a hour. It used to be a nice hotel but the staff has made it terrible. So sad to see such a hotel lose all his value due to the staff and the poor management."

"Great value, centrally located. Adam at front desk was very helpful and a gracious host."

"For me it's cozy and you feel comfortable.."

"A great stay at the Rotana, the staff are fantastic and amenities spot on. Our room could have done with a bit of an update, the shower seal was leaking, and bidet wasn’t fully working but other than that great value for money and breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again."
