"Seemed very new and clean. Nice area near the parliament and only 15 mins walk to the financial district and lovely Central Park. Amazingly comfortable bed and good sized room. Apart from front desk little English spoken. Recommended though and would definitely return. "

"We had a suite (1602) and while I appreciate the size of the room (although I thought we were getting a bigger room based on the pictures) the building is old. Bathroom had mold, tub jets didn’t work and several places where it just clearly needed an update. Bigger issue the elevator literally closed on my arm. "The property: very clean including shared bathroom and shower. There is a smell like other reviewers mentioned but it's subtle. Location: convenient but also very noisy. Music lasted basically all night (with earplugs it's acceptable). Check-in: I wish they send instructions earlier so I don't have to stand in front of the entrance and send passport info, but they respond quickly. Summary: I still think it's a great option for a short stay, especially for the price."
