Molto buono

Ottima accoglienza, purtroppo arrivati tardi (e col maltempo invernale) per poter sfruttare le aree wellness. Gradito l'upgrade, anche se la camera era sì spaziosa ma molto spoglia. Luogo molto carino, colazione a buffet varia e generosa. Consigliato.

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenig investiert in den letzten Jahren. Das Hotel ist extrem auf Effizienz getrimmt. Das betrifft die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Zimmer (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Klimaanlage, etc. Die Anlage und der Pool wirkt leider ungepflegt, leider nicht mehr wie früher. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig. Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist gut.

Es ist ein kleines, ruhiges und sauberes Hotel. Wir haben ein Appartement (ohne Frühstück) gebucht. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert, wir hatten einen schönen großen Balkon. Die Küche könnte, wenn man wirklich kochen wollen würde, etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, was wirklich sehr angenehm war. Der Pool ist nichts besonderes, aber um sich abzukühlen absolut ausreichend, auch hier ist alles sehr sauber. Es sind auch direkt eine Eisdiele, Cocktailbar und verschiedene Restaurants ums Eck. Der Gardasee liegt in ca. 5 min Fußmarsch entfernt. Insgesamt fanden wir die Lage für uns perfekt.

Price fantastic lake Garda

We stayed just one night, but we wanted to stay for a week. I have never gotten so much for my money around lake Garda. A huge apartment in a hotel with several rooms, perfect for family holiday. I’m definitely coming back

Traumhafter Urlaub am Gardasee!

Wunderschönes Hotel am Gardasee. Schöner Strand fussläufig zu erreichen. Jede Menge Restaurants beim Hotel ( direkt vor den Hotel Mehrere Pizzerias und Eisdiele und kleine Kirmes mit Karussell etc) Das Hotel (Appartment) war wunderschön mit großem Balkon. Verdunklung für das Kinder Zimmer wäre notwendig gewesen und die Betten waren etwas durch gelegen... Hatten zu dem App. Frühstück dazu gebucht ... dieses war sehr gut! (Brot, Brötchen,Croissant,Kuchen,Ei,Rührei,fruschesObst,verschiedeneMüsli,Saft,......)!Im App. war keine Reinigung in den zwei Wochen aber es wurden 2x Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Pool war sehr schön! Und auch der Hof und die Piazza toll für die Kinder zum spielen. Die Besitzerin Helga war sehr freundlich und immer vor Ort wenn fragen oder Anmerkungen waren... Kurz um .... ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!!!!

Lovely hotel, perfect for a quiet lakeside holiday

Set next to a quiet piazza in the old part of Manerba, this lovely hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beautiful lake. A couple of pleasant restaurants lakeside, a couple more about 15 minute stroll along the lakeside walkway, and another next to the hotel itself, means that if you have no car, lunch & dinner are close by. There are also a few bars & pizzerias dotted around the lake too. The hotel & pool were lovely, quiet & clean during our stay in early July, with well furnished, air conditioned rooms. The inclusive breakfast had an enormous choice of fresh foods that catered for most tastes - lovely. The staff, particularly the manager, spoke good English as well as German and other languages, and were very pleasant and happy to help. The vast array of trips were easy to arrange through the hotel - the two we chose were excellent (Verona & Isla del Garda). Free parking for residents in the hotel car park. A hire car is a good idea to explore further afield (although taxis can be arranged), if the arranged trips aren't your thing. Coffee, tea & water can be purchased throughout the day at the bar as a kettle etc is not available in the rooms. However there is a mini fridge with bottled water provided upon arrival.

Navigaattoi ohjasi jostakin syystä oikein pieniä teitä pitkin mutta löytyi. Pysäköinti helppoa moottoripyörille. Sauna oli hyvä.Lähellä rantaa ja ruokapaikkoja löytyi helposti. Suosittelen.

Extremely disappointed

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel and they were all mostly good reviews so I decided to book this as well plus it is rated 4 star. Within 10 minutes of being in our room the toilet flush broke. I tried calling down but no one answered so I went down and the lady at the reception desk followed me up. She tried to fix the flush herself and after listening to words being said all in Italian and waiting for more than 15 minutes I said that we are very tired from the flight etc and we would like to relax and have a shower. By this time it was approx: 6pm. The lady left with the flush broken and on the floor. Anyway we managed without this but obviously during the evening I had go down again and ask when this would be fixed. The same lady replied and said the man to fix this would be coming at 9:30pm. We were not asked if this would be convenient instead we were told. I explained that we are going to bed before that as we are tired. I then asked why haven't we been offered another room as this is unhygienic and she said she would have to ask her manager first. Anyway after more waiting etc we were eventually given another room but it was very late and we were too tired to move all our things again so we left our belongings and just slept in the other room so we could at least have a working toilet. I have taken pictures etc as we also paid for breakfast however for a 5 night stay we were given NO vegetarian option apart from 2 mornings were we had cold potatoe nuggets

Nice hotel close to beach in nice little village !

The hotel was situated in a little village we went there out of season but u know what it was great ! Not many people ! Nice little appartments ! Beach not far car is handy to have x

Es war ruhig und das Hotel war in guter Lager umringt von Essensmöglichkeiten. Personal sehr freundlich! Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter und konnten den kleinen Saunabereich testen.
