"Room was very small.Advertised to accommodate 3-4 people which was impossible. There was one queen bed for two people and the rest will have to sleep on the floor. There was no place to keep your wardrobe other than your luggage. Very limited electrical outlet. You have to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave. There were bugs noted crawling at night. In fairness, the building and the whole complex was nice and beautifully maintained. "

"The stay was great because of the warm staff who always greeted us with respect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing I need to complain about is the way the light switch were made is bad and worse. I just need to turn on or off one of the lights at the bedside, but the light in the bathroom shut off too while my mother is taking a shower. This is not safe. And I cant figure out how to turn it back on. It should have been done simple on and off. I had to call the desk for help. Also, the bright light above the head board is so annoying thar I cant turn is off separately. I also noticed that my pillow doesn't smell like freshly washed. It smell like old sweat. The TV often loss signal and takes time to get it back. Hotel is at the perfect location close to airport and mall."

High Street is just a few steps away, near all the best restaurants and shops, hospital, banks, market, drugstore, and grocery, Can't beat the location. The hotel itself is very well-maintained. I had a washer and dryer in my room, so doing laundry was a breeze. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in the Philippines."
