"We are in Manaus at least yearly. The Choice Hotel Manaus was a pleasant stay and we will probably stay again. Three minutes walk to the Manauara Mall is a strong draw and they charge for it. Compared to other Manaus stays, the Choice Hotel stands out for cleanliness, room maintenance, responsiveness and professionalism of staff, no musty/mold/mildew in room. "Tudo perfeito! Recepção ótima, quarto excelente, cobertura maravilhosa e café da manhã com bastante variedade. Ponto negativo da estadia foi somente a rede Wi-Fi, não sei se era somente no quarto 1003. Mas o Wi-Fi estava péssimo, acabamos nem usando a TV por conta disso..."

"The staff of the hotel is really great, everyone is super pleasant, nice and very helpful. The installations are not as seen in the pictures. The whole place is old, poor maintained, and not as clean as one would hope for. The wi-fi does not work properly in the bedroom and when we asked for a solution, there wasn't one. I found a roach in the bathroom and the shower showed parts that were really not cleaned, kinda gross actually. The tv has no cable and just a handful of local channels. The AC...

"Service is great at this hotel. When my son needed medicine, staff came with me to the pharmacy to help translate. I would stay here again. Breakfast is great with lots of choices and made to order sandwich/omelette bar."

"It’s an antique! We knew that before coming here and we loved that it looked like a little museum. However we were not expecting having to go up and down the narrow stairs all the time. Be careful when carrying luggage and after the rain!"

"Unfortunately, the room was quite moldy. It appeared that the windows and curtains hadn’t been cleaned in years, leading to a pervasive presence of black mold and a strong musty odor. After requesting the staff to clean the windows and change the curtains, they responded promptly, and the room's smell significantly improved. "Equipe da recepção maravilhosa, já as colaboradoras da cozinha do cafe da manhã opostas. O hotel é aconchegante porém a agua do chuveiro não esquenta. A recepção informa que a caldeira é assim mesmo e que a agua nao sai mais quente. Então para quem curte banho morno para frio ok, mas para quem toma banho quente complica."
