Super friendly staff, great beach area, great breakfast
We loved our stay at this hotel. It is modern, clean and has a great restaurant. We could also enjoy the rooftop pool a couple of times. The reception and restaurant staff were polite and professional. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall where there are planty of fast food restaurants if you want a quick, cheap meal.
The room is not really high end but the hotel has a very good breakfast and a nice roof top pool that was very enjoyable. There is a shopping mall next door for forgotten items and a good coffee.
Staff was great. Friendly and spoke the best English on our trip so far. We stayed 1 night at the Millenium then spent the next 2 nights at a jungle lodge. We didn't need all our things for the jungle so we asked them to store our luggage until we got back. They did this no problem.
Where they went over and above is that my luggage was delayed by the airline and I was leaving for the jungle. When my luggage finally arrived in Manaus the airline delivered it to the hotel. I heard horror stories about lost luggage where everything was stolen, so imagine my happiness when I got back from the jungle to the Millenium hotel and my luggage was there. Nothing was stolen. They even made a little sign with my name on it.
The location is good. It is connected to a small shopping mall. There are other shopping nearby.
We ate a a restaurant call Barollo, which was within walking distance and had great food in an elegant setting for a great price.
Hotel was clean / good value for money
No English for people that don’t speak Portuguese
Wi-Fi is not good on any floor above 6th
Highlight is one of the Best breakfast!!
And the staff in the restaurant especially Ivan was exceptional
Will stay there again

Bathrooms are not the cleanest. They don’t have a safe. The bed sheets don’t have the elastic to hold on to the mattress so if you move a lot you will be sleeping directly at the mattress. My brother’s bed felt like he was sleeping in a deep hole. The restaurant was good and we ate excellent fish. I love the city view and that the hotel is next to the millenium shopping and close to the Amazonas shopping but not coming back.
Loved the staff! We lived at the hotel for 20 days and everyone was very pleasing! The only down thing is that the rooms did not have cooktop and we were not allowed to get single duvets (I shared the room with my mom and my 2-year old son) because we had a king sized bed. Other than that, we enjoyed the experience in a whole and the breakfast was very diverse as well. The whole staff of the Manaus Hotéis Millennium deserves a raise. They are very nice and hard working people!

Property is connected to a small mall which is nice. But property is noisy!! The Carnival celebrations were loud and went into the early mornings. The rooms on G3 and 3rd floor not real good. Seem smaller. Need to be updated.
18th floor room was nice. Room service was prompt. Transportation pickup confused most Uber drivers.

We liked the central location and the nearness to food. We did not like the traffic noise all night long. We also didn’t like that the hallways and elevator were not air conditioned.
We had our luggage stored at the hotel for 5 days. When we returned, one of the locks on a suitcase was jammed. We eventually discovered that an employee broke into it, stole my wife’s shoes, then purposely changed the code on the lock. She had to wear dirty jungle clothes and hiking boots for four days before we could open the suitcase and buy new shoes. We are not happy.

Good location, not safe
The pros: The hotel is at an excellent location, inside a small shopping mall (millenium shopping) and close to another bigger mall.
It is also close to centro (downtown). and halfway to the airport.
The staff is nice, and the breakfast is excellent, with a variety of breads, fruits and breakfast meats.
The cons: The wifi is horrible. It never worked well for all days that I was there. If you are here for work, and need wifi, be careful.
One night a man entered our room. I screamed scared, and he claimed he entered the wrong room. The next day I brought it to the attention of the person in the reception who said he would let the manager know. 2 days went by and no one contacted me. I asked to speak to the manager, told him what happened he said he would investigate. He called me back at the end of the day and said he could not find anything on who entered the room, and that the key was not activated. I felt completely gaslighted. He offered nothing to apologize for this mistake. I did not feel safe for the entire remainder of my stay as I was a woman traveling alone with a child. I would not stay here again.
The staff were absolutely delightful—so warm and friendly. I don’t speak Portuguese, but that was never a problem. I used Google Translate with one staff member, but that was completely fine; after all, I’m the visitor who doesn’t speak the language.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern, updated bathrooms. There’s a huge shopping mall right next door, and getting around is incredibly easy—Uber rides are extremely inexpensive and usually arrive within three minutes because there are so many drivers. The prices were so low that I always tipped the full amount of the fare.
The restaurant staff and the food were both exceptional. Overall, I had an amazing stay! While some areas of Manaus require a bit more caution, I felt completely safe at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
Five ⭐️!
I loved that there were a couple malls within walking distance including one next door with a food court. The staff made us a to go breakfast since we had an early flight the next morning. The beds were ok for a night or 2.
Hotel next to a mall. Corner rooms nice and large. Maids provide good service. Staff generally friendly. But one female checkin staff was very discourteous. She charged me for an unexplained event and said other staffers made a mistake not charging me.
