Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff were very nice. One big problem, no got water to shower. I called and asked they said "we are at full capacity, its hard to have hot water with this many guests." It was 6am. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, never ever had or heard of this issue. Extremely disappointing. They offered nothing for the inconvenience as id "booked through a third party."

Check in was a breeze, very friendly person at the counter. The room was average, paint peeling from ceiling of restroom, limited towels i. Room for 4 people. I traveled with a kid hoping to use the pool and when i made the reservation there was no information on repairs, pool was closed very disappointed. Breakfast was good for the extra price, but no one at the counter to order, had to knock on a side door for the person to come to take our order, other people had to do the same. Been to other courtyards and definitely seen better.

We had an excellent experience at the Manassas Courtyard! I use a walker for my back problems and the young lady at the desk couldn't be more helpful and pleasant! There's plenty of handicapped parking, the room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and both tv's worked! ( know, but that isn't always the case!) The only problem we had was they wre blacktopping the area at the main entrance, so we had to park and walk some distance to check in. But after that, we could use the side doors. All in all, an excellent experience and we would stay there again should the need arise! Steve B

Staff are incredible. The property is slightly outdated, however, they are in the process of renovating. Unfortunately, there are still property issues. For example, my shower door leaked, the sink drained slowly, the door was not a security door (having to close it behind me each time), and the HDMI cord for the TV was bent making the tv unusable. Breakfast is $11/day but you have to order it which means it’s not convenient to just grab and go. The pool had bubble skim floating which seemed suspicious.. One of the biggest pros to the property is the proximity to Bull Run. For the price, it just didn’t hold up..

Amazing Stay

Fantastic staff, amazing room, when I left my wallet behind both staff Lauren and Josh were able to relocate it for me and Josh was at the front desk when I arrived to retrieve my wallet. The bed was absolutely comfortable and slept like a baby
