"Highland Park is a hotel that has definitely seen better days. The views from the hotel are fantastic, with the river Beas flowing right next to the hotel. What lets the hotel down is the lack of maintenance and housekeeping standards, which leave a lot to be desired. The food is good, but surprisingly, the items available at the hotel may be pretty few. We were surprised to nite that the hotel did not have any mutton dish despite the same being on the menu. "I stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is well-maintained, the room was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the view was beautiful. Everything about my stay was great. Highly recommended!"
