"Great things about this aparthotel are: Check in - really friendly and helpful team that explained everything and were genuine in wanting to help you share the area. 3 lovely heated hot tubs, perfect for a soak after a long days hike, also a great pool. Loved the fact they have a grill you can use to do your own bbq. They offer a on call taxi shuttle to and from town - which was a really great perk. Good things. Rooms are nice and have good facilities - a little tired around the edges but nice enough. Bed is smaller than what I am used to in US, but still fine. No AC, and it was a little warm in the bedroom at night - but with the window open it was fine. Heating is more important I guess for most of the year than AC. Nice gym facility - not extensive but good for a basic workout. Not so great. The beers in the little shop were very expensive - so beware - also the shop seemed to have no set opening times so you never knew when it would be manned. Most of the time when we wanted a snack - it wasnt. No bar in the resort - of course you can have a drink in the room, but it is quite nice sometimes to have a bar area to relax in without having to go into town. We had no view from our balcony - other than other rooms, and it got no sun at all. I am sure other rooms have views - so if that is key, check on check in."

"Pros: Great location, clean room, and well-maintained furniture and amenities. Cons: The refrigerator ran noisily throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. The front entrance door lacks proper sealing, allowing cold air to blow inside."

"The amenities were amazing, we took advantage of the hot tub, steam room, and sauna each night. Definitely a nice perk. We did have a room in the newer section and it looks like the construction was a little rushed, the flooring in the bathroom and hall was a little warped. However, the kitchen area and patio that came with the suite were lovely."

"The room was clean and very simple. No fridge or microwave in the room. It was enough to sleep. There are many places to eat nearby, so it was easy to find a place to have breakfast. The staff was very nice and pleasant."

"Pros: *Excellent 21 person Jacuzzi! I'd almost come back just for this! *Hot Breakfast - different everyday; Biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, potato or hash browns, scrambled eggs, 2 waffle irons, fresh bagels, English muffins, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt. 24 hour coffee in reception *Walking distance to several restaurants *Free covered parking garage *great water pressure in shower *close to free public trams and the village Cons: *Older fixtures - broken toilet handle never got fixed. And too close to bathtub *No daily room service unless you ask *Small thin towels in shower and pool/spa *Mattress was a bit too firm *Way too many Pedestal Fans (3 in the room - No A/C, but we did use 1 fan), plus a portable radient heater in closet"
