"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"The owners welcome you like family. They’re very thoughtful and detailed oriented. The property is right smack in the middle of everything, which is very convenient. Although it’s in the midst of bars and restaurants, we don’t hear anything from outside. I had good sleep every night. The room was quiet and cool. The bed very comfortable. "Nice staff. Continental breakfast was not to my liking but would be for most people. Had a varied choice though. I was in the grande suite and the noise levels were unbearable. Constant beeping if cars and could hear the bars. Did not sleep much. "We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss.
