Looks like this property is going thru a renovation. The general hotel was amazing, but the room was from the 1970’s .. thin walls, old furniture. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Shan’t stay here again
The positives were that the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also pretty good and the town is nice. The communal areas are smart The negatives: My key card didn’t work almost every day, because it had lost its magnetism. This was after I kept it entirely separate from my phone etc. Meant I had to request a new key every time I came back to the hotel. Twice the cleaner came into my room as I was sleeping, even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The food is atrocious. The WiFi didn’t work in my room, but was good in the public areas The aircon didn’t work in my room The walls were so thin you could hear the toilet flushing next door along with conversations etc

Reception og pool område er lækkert. Alt efter 1. sal trænger til en opfrisker. Fin størrelse på værelset men er meget slidt. Selv skraldespand på badeværelse er slidt. Der var sorte hår i badekar ved indcheckning. Sengen er god. Størrelse på værelser er god. Der er meget lydt og kan høre alt hvad der foregår på gangen og nabo værelset Havde booket ophold med morgen og aftensmad Morgenmad er ok men aftenbuffet er ikke pengene værd Personalet er søde og venlige De har svært ved at følge med i morgenrestaurant mht. oprydning Fint rum til cykel parkering

Second time staying in the Eden Nord beautiful area of Majorca, cannot fault the hotel. It’s 5 mins walk to the sea, very peaceful location with great views depending on your room.

10 days for a family of 4
The communal areas have been re furbished and are really lovely - the rooms now need an over-hall to match. The food was very good and a good range of chargable wine. There is a slight uphill walk from the Port via restaurants, shops chemist and a supermarket. it was lovely and quiet for a family of four with two teenage daughters.

Ett gammalt hotell som de ”sminkat” för att få det att se modernt ut. Gamla rum, gnissliga sängar, pytteliten pool. Personal som inte pratar engelska, rummen städas sent på eftermiddagen, de lämnade glas och disk på vårt rum. Extremt hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Ligger bra till om man vill spendera en natt eller två i Port de Soller, skulle inte bo längre än så på detta hotell.

Godt turist hotel, god placering. Slidt, problemer med nøglekort, for travlt service personale, støj i morgenmads området. Små værelser og manglende belysning på balkon.

Great service and room, excellent location
Hotel is lovely, if a little worn around the edges, but generally a wonderful stay for the price. The eco-credentials are lacking though; no option for a refresh rather than full turn-down no messages to recycle, plastic water bottles in rooms, no mention of responsibility in the rooms, mixed recycling is only on the floors (not the pool area which would make sense)

we love Eden properties. They are the best for families. Rooms aren't big but very comfortable specially if traveling with kids. enough closet space and even a desk if you need to work. Hotel is super convenient, close to beach and shops and restaurants. Pool is great for the adults and kids. Breakfast Buffet is amazing with tons of options. They have a great fitness center if you need to work out and last a separate living room area in the lobby if you need to work or take calls. Love this hotel!

Nice hotel in need of some modernisation.
The communal areas are great, pool, reception, dining room and bar. Rooms are not so great, particularly the bathrooms, ours was quite dirty and I was greeted by a massive cockroach on the final morning which was a bit off putting. I reminded myself that is only 3 star so the room facilities should be forgiven. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we only had b&b but the breakfast was good, but go early as it gets very busy at around 9am. We stayed at the Eden on the beachfront last time but that was fully booked (and more expensive) but if we go back we will stay there.

Hotel Eden Nord - dejligt hotel
Dejligt sted. Lever rigtig fint op til sine tre stjerner. Kan se at hotellet er i proces med fornyelse og modernisering. Servicen var altid god og man mødte altid et venligt og smilende personale. Super morgenmad, aftensmad lidt til den kedelige side. Det eneste ønske var, at rengøringen på toilettet, var kommet rundt i alle hjørnerne 😅 Kan anbefales☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

I recently stayed in the single room for work. The room was tiny and the air con didn’t work properly. The door didn’t lock properly and there were these strange insects in the bathroom. It also smelt really bad, like sewage. The hotel generally is nice but my room was not great at all

What a find! The hotel has a relaxed, cool and friendly vibe. Classy, but understated. Very well designed. Great music played, which added to the relaxed air. Terrific staff, great facilities and gorgeous food. Will return 🙂

Mangelhaftes Beschwerdemanagement
Leider wurde uns trotz Verfügbarkeit das Upgrade vom Standard- auf Superiorzimmer für Hotel.com Gold Members verwehrt. An der Rezeption wusste man auch nicht wirklich wie das VIP Access Programm, deren Mitglied sie sind, eigentlich funktioniert. Auch die bei der Buchung angekündigte Weinflasche haben wir leider nicht bekommen. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein Zimmer in dem der Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte und der Balkon eigentlich nicht wirklich benutzbar war ohne den Nachbarn in die Zimmer zu sehen (Zimmer 501). Nach Intervention bekamen wir zumindest am dritten Tag ein ordentliches Standardzimmer. Frühstück und HP waren für die Kategorie soweit ok. Schade…🙁

I loved the people that worked there , all of them . Parking was not good, rooms needed a little work mainly in the bathroom. Not too bad . Good location.

Great stay lovely hotel, Our room was lovely we had a big balcony, it was clean and comfortable. I’m thinking the rooms had been updated after reading some of the other reviews. Staff were great and really helpful. We were bed and breakfast and had no complaints at all. Would definitely come back!
