"Just a wonderful oasis in the Serra Tramuntana of Mallorca. Tranquil and beautiful venue with the most wonderful staff. Just relaxing, laying by the pool after a great breakfast with everything, surrounded by the picturesque mountains in the back."
"Good: Amazing gardens, great breakfast with local products and homemade cake, unique finca setting. Great service to team and nice owner we only met at the last day of our stay.
Not good: We booked the highest room category they have. We did stay in two rooms. The first one was the „Honeymoon Suite“ we got upgraded to. We did not like it as the room and interior were very old. We do understand this is an old finca, but bathroom, bed and wardrobe urgently need refurbishment to keep up with...
"The Donna Portals was the best place for us to have picked for our honeymoon. This property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location. We loved our room, the amenities, the stunning beach and all the wonderful hotel staff. Everything was extremely well maintained and service was great! Book this hotel I promise you will not regret it!"
"What a find! The hotel is tucked away in the heart of the Palma, and a little oasis from the hustle and bustle. Each room is spacious, super clean and beautifully decorated. you have all the amenities you would expect, and service was over and above! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"
