Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. "The room key is very hard to open and close. We had to make a loud noise when open or close it and the other rooms can hear it clearly. They are unsatisfied though we don't know how to open without noise. Don't expect wifi at room. You have it very near the router at the first floor. Shower area is quite small. But room is clean.
