"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotel….it’s the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. "

"Really liked the hotel facilities. Food was really good, especially breakfast, and meat and desserts were delicious. Also had drinks on tap all day eg soft drinks and coffee. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Also area around the hotel was nice with several interesting shops and cafes in close proximity. "The resort was really nice. Great food and amazing staff! However, though it was an all-inclusive resort, it did not make any sense at all why you had to purchase drinks after 11 PM, that includes soft drinks and liquor. Not sure why there is a time limit when it's an all-inclusive resort. "
