All arrivo non ch'era la camera prenotata, mi hanno assegnato un'altra stanza, giorno dopo mi hanno cambiato dopo mie lamenti, ho dovuto chiamare exipidia perché volevo essere cambiato ad un'altra struttura che poi expidia non a riuscito trovare, la seconda camera ch'era la doccia rotta e la muffa in tutti angoli, un vero schifo per un 4 stelle.

La formule tout compris pas à la hauteur, petit déjeuner très moyen, jus d'orange en poudre, repas moyen, boisson au bar pas terribles. Bien situé mais pas adapté pour personnes avec des difficultés à marcher.

Essen: war im großen und ganzen zum Teil nicht genießbar. Es gab nur Instant-Kaffee. Zimmer: Lieblose Zimmer mit Mängeln, Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig. Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechend leider nicht der Wirklichkeit. Dieses Hotel kann ich ruhigen Gewissens nicht weiter Empfehlen!

Our room had 3 beds but no couch chairs or table to sit at indoors. The pool and surrounding patio was nice and well maintained. The staff were helpful but seemed like they had little to do. About 30 minutes from Heraklion airport. Long steep walk from parking to your room. Walking to the restaurant was also steep with either lots of steps or steep walk ways. Food was plentiful but mediocre (all inclusive plan). Free drinks at the bar in the evening. We asked for daily room service, paid extra and they forgot to do the service a few days. I think that most places on the island use solar heating for hot water. Hot water wasn’t available in the morning. Hotel is listed as 4 star. More like a 2 star.

Buen hotel con buenas vistas

Buen hotel con maravillosas vistas a playa lygaria, y aparcamiento gratis abajo. Estructurado cómo bungalows, es muy cómodo en tiempos de covid. En personal muy agradable y amable. La media pensión no incluye bebidas, ni siquiera en la cena, pero fueron claros desde el principio. Lo único, que para cualquier cosa hay que subir una cuesta enorme, sin alternativas.
