Helpful and professional staff
Staff was so lovely and helpful! Rooms were nice, clean and spacious enough. Breakfast buffet was very good, best thing was that you never had to wait for refills, the kitchen staff did an excellent job always making sure there were plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

Happy guests!
We are there for a nigh on our way to the Mahibadhoo island. Somerset Inn is provided free pick us up from airport and drop off which we two girl’s needed since our flight arrival to Male airport at late in the evening. The staffs are friendly and helpful and fully support ours need. Such as late dinner they can order and delivery to ours room even late in the evening. Excellent services Somerset Inn.

For 1 night OK
We stayed at the hotel for one night which was OK. Our room undortunately did not have a window (resp very small with the view to the wall) and the room was overall very small. Otherwise clean and stuff very helpful, good breakfast.

Quick Stay
Quick one-night stay in Male. The service at this hotel was top notch, and the accommodations acceptable. This hotel would have been difficult to find without someone to guide to/from, which is perhaps not that unusual for this city.

空港からの出迎えも，次の日にローカルフェリー乗り場まで送っていくのもちゃんとやっていただいて，感謝しています。旅行者が自分達のホテルに求めている役割を熟知していて，不安を取り除いてくれるところに，プロとしての誠意を感じました。朝御飯もそれなりに良かったです。スタッフは皆素晴らしいです。 一つだけ不便だったのは，習慣の違いか，トイレットペーパーが無かったことです。言えば持ってきてくれたのかも知れませんが。

Ensimmäiseksi pitää mainita, että henkilökunta on äärimmäisen ystävällistä. Odotuksia ei ollut paljon hotellista, koska tarkoitus oli vain yöpyä aikatauluongelmien vuoksi yksi yö. Huone oli pieni, niin kuin kaikki huoneet täyteen ja ahtaasti rakennetussa Malen kaupungissa. Huone oli kuitenkin ihan toimiva. Ok sänky, melko tilava wc/suihku huoneen kokoon nähden ja toimiva wifi. Huoneesta löytyi myös ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin. Aamiainen kohtalainen. Ilmainen kuljetus lentokentältä hotellille ja päinvastoin on paikallisella lautalla lentokentältä Malén satamaan, josta oli nouto hotellille. Jos haluaa mennä taksilla koko matkan, se maksaa 10USD

Great service but too loud
Great customer service, however, it was too loud. You can hear every time people opened doors and closed them. There was also very loud talking until 2 in the morning and I had to call reception so they could stop it. Spent a horrible night because of the loud noise. Besides that, it was a good hotel and great service.

The room was not completely ready when we got in to the room (no water, not enough slippers, electric coffee pot is not working). However, staffs are all kind and helpful.

Service was great!!
It is good 10-15 mins by taxi to Hotel from airport. You will be dropped off 20 meters from hotel because taxi cannot drive down narrow streets to drop you off in front of Hotel. The staff will be waiting to help take you and luggage to Hotel. Room was old with TV and AC not working. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Stayed there one night because arrived late and boat transfers to Maldives we’re not running til the morning.

A perfect place for a stopover; they pick you up and also drop you back at the right place for your resort sea plane ride or local ride. The staff was very friendly. Included breakfast was good, not great but enough to get you started. Overall I highly recommend this place as a stopover when you have one night in Male.

Great boutique hotel for overnight
We spent one night at the Somerset Inn close to the centre of Male. It was a fantastic little boutique hotel. The room was small, but basically what you would expect by European standards. It was nicely decorated, with cupboard and desk space. A good bathroom. The breakfast area was good and breakfast was quite nice. Staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful, organising our transport to and from the airport and giving us some local advice. I'd stay there again without question and it really made for a nice day in Male, which is overlooked by many people.

Simple hotel in Male
I stayed one night before heading out on a boat trip. The airport transfer went well. I was met at arrivals and taken by van to Male. The room was small but adequate with a small bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a scale in the closet. There was AC. This is definitely a budget hotel but the staff were helpful. Breakfast is included and is served in the small lobby with limited seating. The wifi was good. The next day a van took me to the ferry for the airport. The Somerset Inn is fine for a short stay.

Room is ok, bathroom is small. Breakfast was also ok with more than basic choices, some rice, bread, fruits, cereal and coffee. Staff was ok not very helpful when calling to arrange airport pick up. Location is the only draw back as it is very much inside a neighborhood and far way from the ferry terminal. Also there 2 somerset hotels, so make sure the taxi knows the difference, most locals only know the main somerset in the center.

マーフシ島へ行く前泊として利用しました。 部屋が狭い、バスタオル一枚でハンドタオルがないなどの不満はありますが、送迎のシステム、スタッフのサービスが良かった。 朝食も種類は少ないが美味しく満足できました。 部屋のコーヒーもカートリッジタイプでとてもよかったです。

Staff very helpful. Checked and sorted out arrangements with our next hotel. Rooms are tiny but comfortable and modern. Cars can’t drive all the way to the hotel so don’t be surprised when you pull up in a tiny alleyway!

가격대비 잠시 머무르는 숙소로 나쁘진 않아요
위치상 공항과 가까워 선택했는데, 생각보다 항구에서 거리가 있고, 좁디좁은 말레거리가 한번 트래픽에걸리니 기약없이 기다려야하는 번거로움이 있더군요. 차라리 페리를타고 시간이 약간 더 소요되더라도 다른섬에서 투숙하거나 공항이 있는섬에 투숙하는게 나을거 같아요. 숙소자체의 청결도나 직원들 친절도는 나쁘지 않았지만, 나오는날 기사님은 별로이더라고요. 부두앞에 차대놓고 알아서 찾아가라는듯한 태도였어요. 이건 이 숙소 뿐만아니라 어떤사람을 만나느냐의 차이인거 같네요.

Fully recommend
Such an easy, clean and convenient place to stay. The complimentary airport shuttle took time but they were there to meet us immediately upon arrival and fully organized our transfer with an unrelated island resort the next day. The service was very professional and friendly. Would stay again.

The service at this property was amazing, from the pick-up at the airport, to the reception/hotel staff, to the drop-off at the ferry terminal for our departure to a different island. Would definitely recommend this property purely on their excellent service.
