We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the minute. We walked in till the minute we left. The room was incredible. The grounds were breathtaking. Dinner was exceptional every night. This was our favorite part of our trip so far if you are going to be traveling to Lake Gorda make this year destination. The small town is a great place to explore and go to the other busier parts of Lake guard of. We love love love this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was stunning and a short 20min walk along the lake shore to Malcesine. The hotel bistro was amazing! The food was beautiful and delicious. All of the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly, Octavian, who was delightful! Our room was spacious and well equipped. The only thing missing was a kettle but we were given one as soon as we asked at reception. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge amount of choice and the food was so fresh and delicious! The private spa experience was amazing, and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, an exceptional place to stay!

Er had an excellent stay, and really liked the hotel. Why? 1) Location; in a south facing small bay, with all the rooms against the sea. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer sehr nett gegrüßt und waren sehr bemüht. Was wir schade fanden (vor allem bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse), war, dass wir trotz zweimaligem Nachfragen nicht eine Stunde später auschecken durften. Leider hatten wir noch einen Online-Termin, der sich mit dem Check-out überschnitten hat. Wir wollten nur eine Stunde später das Zimmer verlassen, was nicht möglich war, weil jemand anderes früher anreisen würde. Es waren aber online in der gleichen Kategorie noch Zimmer verfügbar. Hier würde ich mir etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschen, da es sich wirklich nur um eine sehr kurze Zeit handelte.

Ein super Hotel in allerbester Lage mit wirklich erstklassigen Personal. Sie Essen & Wohnen gefühlt direkt am See in einer der schönsten Buchten. Es wird von der ersten Minute Wert auf besten Service gelegt. Wir waren begeistert und haben schon viele andere Hotels am Gardasee gebucht. Alles zusammen war dies das Beste, auch wenn der Weg nach Malcesine zu Fuß etwa 30min dauert :-( Dafür bekommen wir aber Ruhe und absolute Entspannung. Wir schreiben eigentlich keine Bewertungen - dieses Hotel hat es aber absolut verdient!

Wir haben uns Willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Eine super schöne Gartenanlage zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Tag fing gut an. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight am Abend gewesen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit der Fahrradleihe genutzt so konnten wir alles in der Nähe wunderbar erkunden. Die Wanderwege sind auch schnell und einfach erreichbar. Von dieser Unterkunft aus, sind alle Aktivitäten gut zu erreichen. Alles war rundherum perfekt! Wir hatten hier einen super schönen Start in unseren Italienurlaub!
