"The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund."

"The room was dirty. The carpet was stained as well as the curtains. The towels had black stains on them. The hotel was going through a renovation while we were there. The entire building was filthy. The shower water was luke warm at best only after running the shower for several minutes. One good thing I will say is there were no bed bugs. I can only assume that is because even bed bugs have standards. "
