"We loved our short stay at Bayview B&B! Juliette was communicative leading up to check-in, and we really enjoyed visiting with her during breakfast. She is a fantastic cook! Already looking forward to planning a longer stay here."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful, even though we couldn't get the T.V. to work, (we are not at all technical). Big bonus being dog friendly. The free breakfast was really nice with waffles, sausages, eggs, muffins and yogurt. And we had an upgrade to a king size bed! We will definately recoment THe Waddling Dog, and we will be back!"

"The food was very expensive & the admin didn't miss an opportunity to upscale the cost. Typically checkout time is 11 AM in most hotels. Administration said that checkout was 10 AM but they would provide to 11 as a courtesy to us but then charge $50 per hour! Usurious! Pasta, while delicious, was $29 a plate while pasta is typically the least expe sive item on any menu, this was at the top end of the price range on the printed menu. Not worth the extra costs. Won't stay there again."

"The staff were very nice and the place was well put together and clean. The only thing I found a little odd was how the sink was outside of the bathroom but that's just the layout. Very satisfied overall."

"Great hotel right near the water. We were traveling on bikes and they had a wonderful bike room right across from the front desk so it was very secure. Breakfast was a nice addition. We also enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and boardwalk."

"This property was AMAZING for my daughter’s 10th birthday gathering. The restaurant seated us specially so the kids could be themselves together and then we had the kids up to a suite where they put us in a great corner unit where we wouldn’t get any noise complaints :) we are so grateful! The staff also made our daughter a special cake for when we checked in."

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"Solo Suites was a wonderful stay and truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well set up with everything needed for an easy visit. It felt more personal and relaxed than a typical hotel, while still being professional and convenient. I really appreciated the comfort, privacy, and overall thoughtful setup. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

We got scammed by another booking and wound up staying here very last min, so we were quite panicked when we arrived the staff were helpful, kind, and overall just changed the tone of our day to pleasant. "Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"
