Lovely place to stay.

Good communication, straight forward instructions to gain entry and spotlessly clean. I got the impression the owners cared about their visitors. Little extra touches like the helpful noticeboard and the cake left for anyone to eat were much appreciated . I would definitely stay again.

Hosts were very accommodating! I thought we booked a room with our own bathroom but we had to share. Not a huge issue just a little misleading. But the hosts were great!

AWFUL service-do NOT stay! cannot use toilet

AWFUL service-do NOT stay! cannot use toilet AWFUL owner, asked to leave while I was in the toilet in the morning. I got a delayed flight so unfortunately got there late so did not realise checkout was 11am (there was NO sign in the motel of the checkout time! Not 11am, not 12pm). He was waiting outside the toilet to follow me into the room to pack-up immediately. Also, hallway was noisy late night and people talking loudly at 4am with echoes. Couple having sex next door-can hear loudly (they think they are the only ones in the motel!). Couples please get somewhere more PRIVATE - other guests can hear you! Cannot sleep.

Mi experiencia con el personal de Rafael Guest House fue deplorable. Ya había pagado una reserva de una noche. Después de que Jorge Barsi me mencionara que necesitaba registrarme, pero no me proporcionó un enlace, recibí un mensaje indicando que mi reserva sería cancelada sin reembolso. Respondí de inmediato, confirmando mi deseo de mantener la reserva y solicitando un enlace de registro. También me disculpé por cualquier confusión inicial. Posteriormente, recibí una respuesta acusatoria, indicando que el problema era culpa mía por ignorar su mensaje. Ignoré el comentario brusco y pregunté si mi habitación seguía reservada para aclararlo, pero no recibí una respuesta directa. En cambio, recibí un mensaje automático con los detalles de la habitación. Además, durante el registro, el personal no estaba presente. El servicio brindado fue insuficiente al abordar el problema menor anterior. Al parecer, podrían carecer de la experiencia adecuada en atención al cliente y estresarse fácilmente, lo que podrían usar como justificación para tratar mal a los huéspedes. Observé un trozo de yeso que se había desprendido cerca de la caja de conexiones, dejando el cableado expuesto. Documenté el problema con fotografías y un video como prueba.

La persona que gestiona este alojamiento es desagradable, arrogante y no posee las habilidades sociales de trato con el cliente que debería tener alguien que trabaja con personas. Se pueden conseguir alojamientos mejores por precio similar, más cerca del centro y sin tener que interacturar ni dar de comer a alguien así.

A very well maintained residence

I was very impressed by how nice the place was. The kitchen, common baths and living area/salon were all very nice. The place also had three pleasant outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The residence is made up of five private rooms, with guests sharing the common areas. Four of the rooms shared two bathrooms, so at least one bathroom was always available to use. My room, the furthest from the street, faced a quiet internal courtyard. The room also had a steel rolldown window blind that kept out possible noise. I had a good sleep each night. The residence is some distance from the tourist sites. However the neighborhood was very pleasant, with restaurants within easy walking distance. There's also a large grocery a few blocks away. It was nice to actually stay in a local neighborhood, away from the hoards of tourists.

レセプションのオープン時間が12:00〜15:00は短すぎると思いました。勝手が分からない外国人には不安でたまりませんでした。 他に泊まっていたゲストさんに色々と教えてもらい、利用方法が分かりました。 キッチンとリビングはとても広いわけではないけど良かったと思います。
