Everything you need

This apartment is smack middle of the action in the historic district and has everything you need. It is quiet compared to the location. It has laundry, coffee, a kitchen, everything you could ask for and a comfortable bed.

Oliver and Teresa were very helpful. We had weekly cleaning and the young man who did it was awesome. He dusted and cleaned floors under everything. Other cleaners pretty much changed bedding and towels. Apartment was awesome and convenient to everything. If we return we would stay there again. Wonderful monthly vacation😁

The appartement felt new and modern. The utilities were nice and good. None the less was the appartement not completely clean. Specially the shower. There where black hairs in one of the shower containers. All in all i really enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect

The apartment is spacious and modern. The location was excellent. Restaurants along the Plaza were literally at our front door. The bed was a double, so a little cramped for 2 if you're not used to it. There was a lot of noise on the street on the weekend. The shutters didn't quite reduce the noise.

Nice and not so nice

Difficult to find the apartment as it was not clear that it was not located on a street, but rather, a plaza and the nearby parking was expensive. Otherwise, the apartment was in a good, but noisy, location right above numerous restaurants Within easy walk to the port and city center. It was unclear if the heat/AC actually worked, but we were never able to get it to stay on to cool the apartment without having to open the windows to the street noise. Finally, there were no provisions such as coffee, sugar, napkins, laundry soap, etc to enhance the stay.
