"From Haram to this location is less then.8 mile but the hill to get to the hotel is very stiff (you have to be in cheap to get here) They have golf carts to bring guess up and down but they never answer phone when you. All to request a pick up. Ali, the golf cart driver, is the only stuff willing to above and beyond to help guess. A lot of potential with this hotel but very dis functional. Carpets dirty."

"The staff was disrespectful as they called at 9:00 AM, reminding me about checkout. I don't understand what kind of awareness that is if they call you before checkout time. I understand if it's after 12:00 PM, but I have never experienced anything like this with other hotels."
